My drive to own a home by age 22 led me to become a licensed Realtor in 1988—and I purchased my first home that same year. Since then, I’ve navigated multiple real estate cycles across Virginia, gaining firsthand insight into how markets shift and how to adapt when they do. Along the way, I’ve continually sharpened my technical skills to match decades of practical experience.

In addition to residential real estate, I’ve built and operated businesses in other industries, and those entrepreneurial lessons strongly influence how I serve my clients today. I approach every transaction with the same care and attention to detail, whether it’s a first-time purchase, a luxury sale, or a rental. In fact, I personally handle nearly fifty rental transactions each year.

I don’t operate as part of a large team where responsibilities are handed off. When you work with me, you work directly with me—hands-on, responsive, and fully engaged from start to finish.
