My desire to own a home by age 22 led me to become a licensed Realtor in 1988—and I purchased my first home that same year. Since then, I’ve worked through multiple real estate cycles across Virginia, gaining firsthand insight into changing markets and how to adapt successfully through them.

In addition to residential real estate, I’ve built and operated businesses in other industries, and those entrepreneurial experiences continue to shape how I serve my clients today. I approach every transaction with a practical, hands-on mindset and careful attention to detail, whether it’s a first-time purchase, a luxury home sale, an investment property, or a rental. In fact, I personally handle nearly fifty rental transactions each year.

I don’t operate as part of a large team where responsibilities are handed off from person to person. When clients work with me, they work directly with me—responsive, involved, and fully engaged from start to finish.

My background in residential construction and remodeling also gives clients an additional perspective when evaluating homes, preparing properties for sale, or planning improvements after purchase.
