Tom's experience
My drive to own a home by age 22 is what pushed me to become a licensed Realtor in 1988—and I bought my first house that same year. As a Virginia real estate professional, I’ve lived through the market’s ups and downs, continually sharpening my technical skills to match my decades of experience.
Along the way, I built businesses in other industries, and those entrepreneurial lessons now enhance the way I serve my real estate clients. No transaction is too big or too small. In addition to my for-sale listings, I personally handle nearly fifty rental transactions each year.
I’m not part of a “team” where duties are passed around. When you work with me, you get me—hands-on, detail-oriented, and fully committed from start to finish.
